“When Dave was initially hired, I was the Senior Retail Manager responsible for training new hires at Power Home Remodeling Group. I trained Dave to acquire 2-3 leads per day, which was an expected goal for all of our marketers. He was able to double that, averaging 5-6 qualified leads per day. It wasn’t long before he was setting records of 7-8 leads per day in all of our NJ retail locations with a best day of 9. He would get to his shifts early and consistently exceeded company expectations. Every morning he was in the office with a positive attitude and contributed value to office discussion. There were several instances of him being recognized for outstanding performance by not only the office’s VP but even the company President. Just several weeks into his role, he was able to join the company's prestigious "40/40 Club," with a prerequisite of setting 80 leads in 2 weeks back to back.
